•  Returnable Items and Shipping Costs
  Many of our items are handmade and modestly priced, so return shipping may equal or exceed the item’s cost. For that reason, returns are not always required. If an item isn’t damaged but not quite right for you, we encourage gifting or donating it. If you prefer a refund or replacement, please reach out — we’ll work with you to find the best solution. 
•  Refunds
  Refunds are processed within 5 business days after returned items are received and inspected. Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post funds. Items must be unused, in original condition, and have tags attached to qualify. 
•  Custom & Personalized Items
  Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. Any exceptions will be clearly communicated at purchase. 
•  Exchanges
  If you’d like to exchange an item, contact us directly. Because most products are one-of-a-kind, exact replacements may not be possible, but we will provide a similar option whenever possible.
